Home insurance quote FAQ

Binder rules, service-area states, consent, and what this site does — and does not — quote.

What kinds of home insurance can I request here?

Owner-occupied homeowners (HO-3 style themes), condo unit owners (HO-6 style themes), and related dwelling / secondary-home conversations. This is personal home shopping — not a commercial BOP site.

Is a quote a binder?

No. A quote is not a binder. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues confirmation according to its rules and the policy forms it issues.

How fast will you contact me?

As soon as possible after a complete request; it can take 1–2 business days. Incomplete forms without the required home description or consent delay review.

What if my request is outside your appetite?

With your consent, Business Insurance Brokers LLC may share your submission with a partner or affiliate agency or brokerage so they may contact you. See the referral note and consent on the quote form, plus privacy and terms.

Do you list phone or email on the site?

Contact is through the Get a Quote form. The form opens a mail draft after you submit a complete request.

Do you publish carrier appointment lists?

No. We shop home and dwelling markets for fitting properties; we do not publish appointment lists on marketing pages.

Which areas does this site cover?

State hubs and city pages cover Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arkansas, Arizona, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Indiana. There is no California state hub on this site.

Why is a detailed home description required?

Underwriters need occupancy, construction, updates, and how the home is used — not slogans. The description field is required on every quote request.
